What are clinic hours?
We are open Monday through Friday with evening appointments available. Please call us at 613-695-1361 to confirm current hours and book a visit. We are closed for all statutory and civic holidays.

Is there free parking?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site for all patients. The lot is attached to our building and located on the corner of Richmond Rd and McRae Ave.
Who owns and operates Le Cabinet Dental Care?
Our office is independently owned and operated by Dr. Liana Guberman.
Where do you source your equipment, materials, and lab work?
All of our equipment and materials are purchased from certified medical or dental suppliers. Our dental lab is local — based right here in Hintonburg — and also independently owned. We never source products from overseas or unverified, third-party providers.
When are fees for treatment collected?
Fees for services rendered are collected on the day of your appointment.
Do you submit insurance claims on my behalf?
Yes. If you benefit from dental insurance, we'll happily submit your claim electronically on your behalf. You'll then receive payment directly from your insurance company.
How do estimates and predeterminations from my insurance work?
If you've requested an estimate or predetermination for treatment, please be aware that your insurance company will only respond directly to you. Due to privacy laws, we will not always be made aware of their response. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your predetermination.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
Yes, we accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan. We'll collect your co-payment, as well as any balance to meet our regular fees, on the day of your appointment. Please note we do NOT accept the CDCP for any "major" treatment, such as crowns or bridges.
Do your fees follow the Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide?
Our fees mostly reflect the Ontario Dental Association Suggested Fee Guide and are updated annually. There are some exceptions: Dr. Guberman's and Dr. Saray's fees are above the Fee Guide for major restorative treatment such as crowns, implant crowns, and veneers.
Can you help me plan financially for complex treatment?
Absolutely. Dental treatment can range from straightforward to complex and unpredictable, and may involve specialists, dental laboratories, and other providers outside of our office. We're here to help you navigate whatever your unique dental situation may require and plan financially — just ask!
